Paul Rose, LLM DipArb FRICS FCIArb
Paul has 45 years experience in the valuation of commercial and residential property, predominantly in the private and public sectors in the UK; but also in South Africa undertaking property asset management.
Paul has mediated approximately 150 cases involving boundary, easement and neighbourhood disputes, commercial and residential service charges in the UK and abroad, negligent surveys and valuations, misrepresentation claims, construction contracts, commercial contracts and family child contact disputes.
Paul is a member of ArbDB Chambers and has also undertaken a complex Investor State Treaty (ICSID) mediation case with multiple claimants.
Paul specialises in resolving property disputes, with particular emphasis on rent reviews and lease renewals in greater London. He acts not only as expert for one of the parties but also arbitrates disputed rent reviews and other property related disputes.
Paul is a member of the RICS Neighbourhood Disputes pool and is a:

- LMAA – supporting member
He holds elite mediator status and accepts complex cases with multiple parties and multiple issues from County Courts, the High Court and Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Civil Mediation Council.
Paul is married to a family law barrister and divides his time between the West End of London and Brighton. He enjoys theatre, cinema, writing; and, fortunately for his wife, cooking. Paul is a keen yachtsman with an RYA Coastal Skipper’s ticket. Paul is based in London and is very happy to travel. He is always negotiable on fees where required.
